Capital Mortgage Finance Corp., a Maryland corporation, opened for business in August of 1993. The company’s corporate headquarters is located in Columbia, MD. The company is licensed to do business in Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Washington DC. Licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Banking. Capital Mortgage is approved to do business with over 90 lenders nationwide; this allows the company to offer mortgage programs for commercial or residential properties to consumers with A+ through D credit ratings.

Each office is operated by an experienced manager to ensure issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Customer service is a priority for Capital Mortgage; the company will take every measure possible to ensure that our clients’ financing needs are met.
